I ripped this from

After waiting for months and hearing that they're currently working on more, Sgt. Frog fans will be devastated to hear that, despite the very positive reaction of the English dub, FUNimation has decided to stop dubbing the series due to low sales. However, they will change their minds if sales do increase.
Truth be told, the only reason I got into Sgt. Frog was because of FUNimation's version. This also got me into writing the stories I've recently been doing (especially with the possibility of Sailor Moon joining FUNimation's family). I honestly hope they don't stop! So, please buy the DVDs and keep Sgt. Frog alive!
As for my story... Well, the news has disrupted things on my end... I'll try to continue working on it.
EDIT: I just heard more information regarding this. Some of this information is mixed with my own thoughts, so try not to confuse yourselves.
According to what I've learned, FUNimation agrees that the show is flawlessly funny and highly energetic. The problem is the exposure of the anime.
Cartoon Network used to have Toonami, which was the home for a lot of anime, helping America get really involved in it. Two shows that really became popular in American media were Dragonball Z & Sailor Moon. But nowadays, they slipped all their anime into Adult Swim (and only on Saturday evenings/Sunday mornings). Because of this, anime is scarcely seen on TV. Dragonball Z Kai was moved to Nicktoons Network and CW's Toonzai (with even more edits to the anime than Nicktoons TV), and Naruto was moved to Disney XD. On top of that, the current anime (not a lot) that's seen on CN's daytime slots is...mediocre.
FUNimation strongly believes that TV exposure would be very good for Sgt. Frog. It would be awesome if it would get itself a time slot in any network, especially Adult Swim. However, Cartoon Network refused to take it. In fact, there are no networks that wish to air it. So, FUNimation's only reliable source is selling DVDs. And, as you already know, that's not doing well, either. So, I say once again, get involved, get others involved, and keep Sgt. Frog alive!
EDIT BY DMAN730: Try to mind a spot where you can message CartoonNetwork or something and tell them to GET SGT. FROG!!!!!
